Inside Sales Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
21.00 / hour First Shift
- Provide administrative support including managing calls, emails, and documentation
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and sales orders for metal building components
- Act as main contact for customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Coordinate between sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain and analyze inventory data, assisting with supply chain needs
Inside Sales Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred) 1–3 years of administrative or clerical experience, ideally in construction or metal building industries
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
