Office Admin Details:
Temporary position- $
18.00 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Sort, open, and route incoming physical and digital mail.
- Organize outgoing correspondence and ensure timely delivery.
- Operate and manage various online platforms and internal systems with precision.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Support communication between departments by managing shared inboxes and scheduling tools.
Office Admin Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong computer skills and comfort navigating multiple online systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, etc.).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
