Our well known client in Rochester is seeking an Inside Sales person to join their team! You must have prior experience and solid work history.

Inside Sales Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through phone calls, emails, and online communication platforms.
- Sales Generation: Identify sales opportunities, present products and services, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
- Lead Management: Qualify and manage inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent pipeline activity.
- CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities and with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Inside Sales Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (experience in the industry-specific field is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
