Builder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Collaborate closely with the Tier 2 Builder to clarify build requirements and execute instructions exactly.
- Ensure proper nail grounding and placement to meet Client high-quality standards.
- Keep your workstation clean and organized by promptly removing nails and scrap materials.
- Maintain a production rate of 85% capacity or higher while learning and improving the build process.
- Always prioritize safety and product quality in every task.
Builder Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to safely operate hand tools and nail guns.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to achieving quality and production targets.
- Excellent communication skills for asking clarifying questions and following directions.
- Reliable, punctual team player available for first shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) in a non–temperature-controlled warehouse.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
