Construction Project Accountant
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Accountant to work with a team in the accounting and invoicing processes for a large, multi-contract construction project. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial tracking, timely invoicing, and efficient management of multiple contracts and invoices.

Construction Project Accountant Details:
Direct Hire position- $
55,000.00 to $ 70,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00pm to05:00pm )
- Assist with managing project-related accounting functions, including tracking expenses, budgets, and financial progress.
- Process, review, and manage invoices for multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and company accounting policies.
- Assist with preparing monthly financial reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
- Maintain organized financial records for audits and reporting.
Construction Project Accountant Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience with construction project accounting or managing multi-contract invoicing is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
