Mixer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Read and follow batch sheets, mixing instructions, and formulas accurately.
- Weigh, measure, and add raw ingredients into mixers according to established recipes.
- Monitor mixing times, speeds, and temperatures to ensure product quality.
- Operate, clean, and maintain blending equipment and mixing tools.
- Record batch information, including lot numbers, weights, and time logs.
- Ensure work area and equipment meet sanitation and safety standards.
- Communicate any ingredient shortages, equipment malfunctions, or quality issues to supervisors.
- Follow all company policies, including safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and food handling procedures.
Mixer Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in food manufacturing or a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand English instructions, measurements, and production documents.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
