Warehouse Supervisor Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 /annually
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 12:00pm to 10:00pm)

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of parts and supplies
• Lead and train warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and assist with inventory accuracy and reconciliation
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA guidelines
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools to manage orders and track shipments
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to fulfill orders and resolve delivery issues
• Oversee loading/unloading procedures and ensure proper documentation for all shipments
• Schedule shifts, delegate tasks, and evaluate team performance to meet operational goals
• Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs
