Telephone agent Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
11.00 to $ 13.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughSaturday from 12:00am to12:00pm )
- Professional Call Greeting & Etiquette Answer incoming calls promptly and with a courteous, professional tone.
- Use clear pronunciation and proper grammar to ensure effective communication. Uphold strong telephone etiquette to reflect positively on the client's business.
- Clearly identify the purpose of the call through active listening and professional inquiry.
- Gather all relevant information needed to assist the caller efficiently.
- Accurately record detailed messages, including the caller’s name, contact information, and the reason for calling.
- Urgent/Emergency Call Handling Recognize and respond appropriately to urgent or emergency situations.
- Follow escalation procedures and notify the correct contact promptly and professionally.
- Administrative & Clerical Support Assist with administrative or clerical tasks as assigned by clients or management.
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Telephone agent Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and typing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
