Department Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- Directs, plans, assigns and monitors the activities of the Finish Department.
- Assist in coordinating the daily plant production schedule with the Cutting and Finishing Departments and assign overtime and utilize temporary staff as necessary to keep company commitments.
- Excellent visual acuity to distinguish color and hue variations, proportional sizes, measurements and spacing, print clarity.
- Assist in the establishment and implementation of the the Finishing Departments production standards.
Department Manager Qualifications:
- Ability to hold team accountable
- Resume to submit to client for interview
- Leadership
- Knowledge and understanding of printing, finishing and die cutting equipment operations a plus .
- Ability to accurately compute proportional measurements and spacing using a ruler or tape measure.
- Competency in English communication skills-verbal, reading, writing.
