Customer Service Representative


• Provide exceptional customer experience for each customer through calls and email. • Assist customers in processing requests for service and delivery. • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries. • Complete all assigned cases in the specified timeframe based on the SOP. • Provide accurate and relevant information to customers. • Assist customers with product or service-related questions. • Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. • Document all customer interactions and updating customer records. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.

Customer Service Representative Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $16.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift

•Provide exceptional customer experience for each customer through calls and email. •Assist customers in processing requests for service and delivery. •Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries. •Complete all assigned cases in the specified timeframe based on the SOP. •Provide accurate and relevant information to customers. •Assist customers with product or service-related questions. •Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. •Document all customer interactions and updating customer records. •Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor. •Work with customer locations to identify opportunities and implement solutions to address and ensure positive and effortless customer experience.


Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • Outgoing, dynamic, and friendly
  • Positive attitude and a giver mentality
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills  Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Empathetic and patient attitude toward customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and technology 
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
