Our Rochester client is seeking an experienced Customer Service/Data Entry associate to start immediately. Pay is $18 per hour.

Customer Service / Data Entry Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- Provide the first point of customer contact for inquiries such as pricing, product information, shipments, distributor search information and orders through phone and / or email interaction
- At the direction of the Inside Sales Rep and / or Sales Manager, completion of pricing quotes may be requested and provided to the customer
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of orders, communication and coordination with other departments to resolve inquiries
- Build and maintain customer loyalty by providing prompt friendly service
- Support the Sales Managers and Inside Sales Reps in a variety of administrative tasks as required
- Provide and assist with technical information about our client's products.
- Data entry is a large part of the customer service position.
Customer Service / Data Entry Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service, telephone and typing skills are a requirement for this position.
- Remaining professional, even when helping an angry customer, is paramount to succeeding as a customer service representative, as is knowing and being able to explain relevant information to customers who call in with questions.
- Must be able to multitask, stay focused and work when scheduled.
