Forklift Driver Third Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.20 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift
- Perform order picking, repack picking, and small-parcel or LTL pallet builds with accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks or sit-down forklifts; maintain strict safety standards.
- Conduct cycle counts and replenishment to keep inventory levels optimized.
- Assist with general facility upkeep, including scrap removal and battery changes on powered equipment.
- Collaborate with supervisors to troubleshoot workflow and hit daily productivity targets.
Forklift Driver Third Shift Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; warehouse or manufacturing experience a plus but not mandatory.
- Comfortable performing physically intensive labor: lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to follow direction, meet performance standards, and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Willingness to work in a busy, sometimes noisy, non–temperature-controlled environment.
