Are you looking for a hands-on job where you can be part of a fast-paced, supportive team? We’re now hiring motivated individuals for General production positions! 1st shift. Monday-Friday; Temp-to-hire. Overtime is offered in clean well-lite facility!

Metal Press Operator/fabricator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.50 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Set up and operate metal stamping or forming presses to produce parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, or production instructions
- Load and unload materials into press machines using hoists or by hand
- Adjust machine settings to control speed, pressure, and die alignment for different jobs
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure consistent quality and performance Inspect finished parts for accuracy, defects, or damage using calipers, micrometers, or other measuring tools
- Perform basic machine maintenance, such as lubrication, cleaning, or minor adjustments
Metal Press Operator/fabricator Qualifications:
- Able to read assembly drawings or blueprints
- Able to lift 50 pounds repetitively
- Metal press operator experience
- Fabrication experience
- Recent experience with blueprints or assembly drawings
- Stable work history
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
