Material Handler Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to06:00pm )
Responsible for the safe, efficient, & reliable operation of the process to produce solutions in-specification. Report deviations from the production schedule and help perform root cause analyses to minimize future lost time. Blend tanks. Transfer product via pipeline. Load and unload raw materials and finished product. Perform SAP transactions for the following including, but not limited to: materials moved from the warehouse; maintenance work notifications; storeroom requisitions, PI sheet corrections, inventory reconciliations, and others, as applicable. Follow instructions, coordinate efforts, and contribute to teamwork by constructive interaction and professionalism to ensure safe, environmentally compliant, reliable, efficient, economical, and profitable plant operations. Understand, support, enforce and follow all company policies and procedures. Troubleshoot issues with equipment to assist with maintenance operations and write work orders, as required, to address issues. Perform other duties as assigned.
Material Handler Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and ability to perform mathematical operations quickly and accurately. Troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude. Ability to use a computer effectively with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, manufacturer’s literature, diagrams, or schematics. Safety focus in prior jobs.
Must have at least 2 years of experience operating a forklift
