Machine Helper Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Assists in the process of the rewinder, waxer, or printing press machines.
- Placing finished products on skids and checking quality, assisting operator with set-ups, assisting in operating rewind, waxer, or press machine, performing departmental housekeeping, removing and weighing scrap, reading layouts for specifications, driving forklift and clamp trucks, and other duties as assigned per production needs.
Machine Helper Qualifications:
- Ability to walk, carry, push, pull, climb, stoop, crouch, handle, talk, hear, feel, smell and lift up to 100 pounds throughout the duration of the shift.
- Ability to see colors and have visual acuity
- Must have basic reading, writing, advanced math, measuring, and organizational abilities
- MUST be able to read a ruler down to a 32nd.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Steel toed shoes required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
