Manager Trainee Details:
Direct Hire position- $
38,000.00 / annually Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:30am to05:30pm )
- Manager Trainee
- Our full-time Manager Development Program is designed to provide our Manager Trainees with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to thrive in consumer finance and grow into leadership roles. In just 10-12 months, you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations—all while earning competitive pay and performance-based incentives
Manager Trainee Qualifications:
- HS Diploma/GED required
- Valid Driver's License required
- Reliable transportation required
- Sales experience preferred
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Collections experience preferred
- Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
