We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Scheduling Manager to join our team and help ensure smooth daily operations by maintaining optimal staffing coverage.

Scheduling Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Develop and maintain weekly shift schedules for call center agents.
- Monitor real-time staffing needs and adjust schedules as needed.
- Respond promptly to call-outs and coordinate shift coverage.
- Collaborate with supervisors and management to understand staffing priorities.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, schedule changes, and shift swaps.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies when scheduling.
- Be available on-call for urgent scheduling issues outside regular business hours.
Scheduling Manager Qualifications:
- Proven experience in scheduling, workforce management, or call center operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and workforce management tools.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and respond to after-hours needs
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
