Maintenance Tech/ Skid Steer Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to06:00pm )
- Operate skid steer and other material handling equipment to feed tires into shredders and support daily production
- Perform basic preventative maintenance and safety inspections on skid steer and related equipment
- Assist with light mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime and support smooth operations
- Work as part of a small crew, following direction and helping prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow L
Maintenance Tech/ Skid Steer Operator Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a skid steer or similar material handling equipment
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and preventative maintenance practices (a plus)
- Familiarity with industrial equipment such as conveyors and shredders (preferred but not required)
- Prior experience leading or assisting a small crew is a strong plus
- Comfortable working in an industrial or outdoor plant environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
