Assembler Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:30am to05:00am )
Assemble parts, pieces, and products using an array of hand tools and equipment, in conformance with quality specifications at required productivity levels.
- Accurately weigh energetic powder, press powder in increments of weight parts, and record weight.
- Use a microscope to apply epoxy to small components
- Use of a microscope to precisely weld/ bond very fine ohmic resistance wire to metal contacts to create an electrical bridge circuit
- Uses of a microscope and a fine artist's brush to accurately apply several coats of a mixture containing lacquer and energetic powder to a very fine wire
- Precisely bend a small gage wire by hand and/or using pliers and fixtures
- Package orders and prepare for shipping
Assembler Qualifications:
- Basic math and communication
- Steady hand/eye coordination for performing delicate tasks on small parts
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to cope with change and meet deadlines
- Ability to pass ATF background check
- Proficient with hand tools, pliers and tweezers
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
