AR/HR Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
$17 to $22 DOE to start. Once fully trained and independent with a high degree of accuracy, the position will pay $24.50. (The learning curve tends to be very long)
Accounts Receivable:
- Recording payments
- Sending invoice copies
- Daily & Weekly deposits
- A/R account reconciliations
- Checking invoices for accuracy
- Customer database management
- Monthly Statements
- Resolve bad checks with the District Attorney’s office
- Call log management
Human Resources:
- Benefits for 20-25 employees
- Insurance •401k, Section 125 POP, and ERISA notice management
- New hire onboarding
- Terminations
- Worker’s Comp audits
- Submitting hours, deductions, garnishments, etc. to Paychex and verifying accuracy of payroll
- Management of payroll tax return records
- 401K send out end of the month notices, assist with open enrollments
AR/HR Specialist Qualifications:
- Prior Accounts Receivable experience
- Prior HR experience
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience in PayChex preferred, but not required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
