Team Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Lead and support team members in the fabrication department to ensure production goals and quality standards are met.
- Perform hands-on fabrication tasks, including building doors and components, and operating various machines.
- Accurately use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers) and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while enforcing company policies and safety standards.
- Fill in across the department and plant as needed to support workflow and minimize downtime.
Team Lead Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in assembly or fabrication.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide and support a team.
- Proficient in basic measurement tools and mechanical processes.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and work overtime or weekends when required.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn new equipment and tasks.
