The Distribution Center Loss Prevention Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and implementing loss prevention policies and procedures within the distribution center.

2nd shift Loss Prevention Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( 03:00pm to12:00am )
- Source, hire, and train Loss Prevention Representatives in the facility.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of loss prevention associates. (Contractual and Proprietary)
- Schedule and conduct regular training sessions for the loss prevention team to ensure they are knowledgeable about policies and procedures.
- Evaluate/discuss direct report’s job performance using objectives set with quarterly conversations.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to direct reports.
- Develop schedules for LP Team and maintain appropriate facility coverage.
2nd shift Loss Prevention Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in loss prevention, security management, or a related field, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in security systems and loss prevention technology.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
