Team Lead Assembly Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Lead and support a team of assemblers on Door Line 92, ensuring daily goals and quality standards are met.
- Assemble industrial doors using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment according to specifications.
- Perform quality checks, maintain workflow, and troubleshoot issues across the production line.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while enforcing safety protocols and PPE compliance.
- Work directly with supervisors and team members to ensure productivity and efficiency across the department.
Team Lead Assembly Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience, preferably in a leadership or team lead role.
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, align, and fasten materials using tools like tape measures, drills, and air tools.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and safety.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures (50–110°F) for extended periods.
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed, based on business demands.
