HVAC Maintenance Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 09:00am to06:00pm )
- Routine Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance tasks to keep the property in good condition, such as cleaning, painting, and basic repairs.
- Repairs: Addressing maintenance issues reported by residents, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC problems.
- Preventative Maintenance: Inspecting and maintaining building systems, equipment, and grounds to prevent breakdowns and safety hazards.
- Being available to respond to emergency maintenance issues, especially for critical systems like plumbing and HVAC.
HVAC Maintenance Qualifications:
- echnical Skills: Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, along with the ability to use hand and power tools.
- Problem-Solving: Diagnosing and repairing a variety of maintenance issues, including identifying the root cause and finding the best solution.
- Customer Service: Communicating effectively with residents, explaining maintenance issues, and providing excellent customer service.
- Physical Stamina: Lifting and moving heavy objects, as well as being able to climb ladders and work in various environments.
- Communication: Communicating effectively with residents, coworkers, and supervisors, both verbally and in writing.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
