Elwood Onsite Coordinator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSunday from 04:00am to03:00pm )
- Manage the workflow during assigned shifts to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor staff performance and delegate tasks as needed.
- Lead, support, and motivate team members to meet performance goals.
- Provide training, coaching, and feedback to new and existing staff.
- Manage time clock entries and report attendance issues.
- Fill staffing gaps due to absences or unexpected demand.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Elwood Onsite Coordinator Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred
- Ability to supervise and motivate team members
- Skilled in organizing and prioritizing shift tasks efficiently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Quick thinker in resolving conflicts or operational issues
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and operational procedures
