Welder Lv. 1 Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:45am to04:15pm )
Tasked with the precise fitting and expert welding of a variety of structural weldments that are not under pressure. This role involves working with different materials to ensure strong, durable connections while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Welder Lv. 1 Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, or Stick welding techniques (based on company needs)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds
- Familiarity with welding tools, safety protocols, and inspection procedures
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and work in varying environments
- High school diploma or GED required; Trade School preferred but not required.
- Welding certification (AWS or equivalent) is a plus, but not required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior welders or supervisors
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
