Remote Insurance Producer
Remote Insurance Producer sales role (personal lines) at healthy insurance firm located in Yakima. Bulk of business in state of WA (some Oregon). Average salary between $50,000 - $70,000 DOE + strong incentive plan + benefits. Remote WFH however must spend 1 week per quarter in Yakima office. MUST HAVE personal lines insurance experience.

Remote Insurance Producer Details:
Direct Hire position- $
50,000.00 to $ 70,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Assist clients with the application process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and timely.
- Receive and close agency leads through established agency inquiries.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, marketing campaigns, networking events, community activities, and professional organizations to promote the agency and generate leads.
- Establish and generate a sales pipeline and process.
- Effectively X-Date all referrals, cold calls, and all other prospects.
- Develop and establish Strategic Partners and effective referral programs within agency target markets and niches.
- Maintains monthly sales records and provides a copy for review to the Agency Owner.
- Monitor sales results and implement corrective action if goals are not met.
- Implement/adhere to company and Agency guidelines.
- Maintains knowledge of new products and initiatives. Pursues a program for development of personal and business skills.
- General sales duties as presented.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Remote Insurance Producer Qualifications:
- Must uphold and maintain Property & Casualty Licensing
- Must uphold and maintain Life & Disability Licensing
- Must have all required CE credits completed 1 month prior to each license renewal and renew own license prior to expiration.
- Must be willing to spend 1 week in Yakima office once a quarter.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Competency in AgencyZoom and Salesforce.
**Expectation to write $50,000 in new business premiums per month**
