Assembly Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Assemble and test mechanical equipment and subsystems with precision and accuracy.
- Interpret and follow blueprints, engineering drawings, schematics, wiring lists, and technical documentation.
- Calibrate instruments, perform alignment checks and make necessary adjustments, modifications, or part replacements.
- Operate basic machining tools, including drills, taps, lathes, and grinders.
- Perform welding, steel fabrication, and inspections to ensure build quality.
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and scales to verify part accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during assembly.
- Support the Start-up Engineer during pre-commissioning and startup of equipment or turnkey systems.
Assembly Technician Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical or electrical equipment repair.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
