Production Line Worker Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 02:00pm to01:30pm )
- ColorMatch- Working within a group setting, responsible for the timely mixing/color matching of inks, resins and coatings, meeting customer requirements, and supplying these materials to the screen printing and coating personnel.
- Lamination- Proper operation of Laminators and the Embosser. Must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while paying particular attention to detail.
- Layup- working in pairs, duties include constructing decorative sandwich laminates using different light-weight sheets of raw materials and manipulating 4’x8’ and 5’x10’ aluminum panels weighing approximately 85lbs (shared) between shoulder and waist height.
Production Line Worker Qualifications:
- Good interpersonal communication and listening skills, customer service, and time management skills essential.
- Ability to read, write and understand English required.
- Physical ability to hear, to see, to wear a half face and full face respirator, to engage in repetitive motion of hands and wrists, some lateral movement of body, some bending, twisting and climbing stairs.
- Frequently lift and carry up to 20 pounds independently and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Physical ability to push up to 200 pounds independently.
- Must demonstrate general math skills.
- Must demonstrate use of a tape measure, mechanical counter and utility knife.
- Must demonstrate “eye for color”.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
