Elwood Staffing would like to inform job seekers about potential employment scams that involve individuals posing as our recruiters to solicit job seekers with job opportunities unrelated to our company. This issue has been reported in multiple states. The text scam poses as an Elwood Staffing recruiter and urges job seekers to apply for a fraudulent job. Some have reported they are being asked to contact them using Whatsapp to pay for computer equipment and background checks.

What steps should you take if you suspect you've received a fraudulent text?

Job-seekers who receive an unsolicited text, email, or similar message suggesting it is from Elwood Staffing should not provide any information.
If you have clicked a suspicious link or shared your information, take steps to secure your personal and financial accounts immediately. Review and dispute any unauthorized charges.

Helping you stay secure - how to recognize a scam

Elwood Staffing does not utilize mobile apps or messenger services to connect with job seekers. We will not reach out to you through or suggest that you use WhatsApp or other messaging platforms outside of regular SMS text messaging for communication.
Our recruiters will never ask for personal information such as your social security number, date of birth, or bank information prior to onboarding. During onboarding you will enter your information and passcode protect it.

Bottling Line Support (All Lines) Nightshift Details:

Temporary position
$17.50 /hour
Part Time work available
Third Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00pm to 06:30am)

Bottling Line Support rotates through bottling stations: labeling, packing, and visual inspection.
Inspect bottles, labels, and boxes for quality compliance.
Build boxes, package bottles, and stack wine cases weighing up to 50 lbs repetitively.
Maintain a clean work area and use safe lifting/body mechanics.
Support all tasks to ensure successful production.

Bottling Line Support (All Lines) Nightshift Qualifications:

Willing to work Nightshift
Start as a ON CALL
Stand for up to 12 hr. shifts
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Work well in a fast-paced environment
Work well in a team environment.
Good range of motion abilities.
Attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
Steel-toe boots required.
