Maintenance Tech
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance, equipment repairs, and preventative maintenance. This role requires hands-on mechanical, electrical, and fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment.

Maintenance Tech Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 26.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:00pm )
- Perform general maintenance duties on facility equipment and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and repair control-driven machinery and electrical circuitry
- Fabricate or repair parts for equipment and facility needs
- Identify equipment issues, determine root causes, and implement solutions to reduce downtime
- Communicate with machine operators and team members to resolve problems
- Use technical resources (manuals, schematics, blueprints, P&IDs) for diagnosing and maintaining systems
- Make minor engineering recommendations for continuous improvement
- Follow all food safety and safety policies as outlined in the company’s Food Safety Management System
Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Basic understanding of three-phase electrical systems
- Welding and plumbing experience required
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Must have or be able to obtain a material truck/forklift license
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, maintenance logs)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
