Quality Assurance Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Conduct daily quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
- Perform routine audits (e.g., internal, GMP, CCP) to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Collect and analyze product samples for sensory, microbiological, and chemical testing.
Quality Assurance Specialist Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of quality assurance experience in food manufacturing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
