We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team for a nonprofit in Medford!

Accounts Payable Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.91 to $ 30.32 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Process accounts payable vouchers and check disbursements. .
- Backup support for accounts receivable, cash receipts processing, and reviewing finance transactions.
- Ensure proper maintenance and storage of accounting records and reports.
- Identify internal control risks to Finance Director or Finance Controller
- Support the Finance Department in the preparation of audit work papers.
- Complete other duties and special projects assigned by the Finance Director or Finance Controller
Accounts Payable Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounts payable or receivable role beyond basic bookkeeping for a high volume and high revenue generating corporate company
- Experience with ERP's accounting software required
- This position does not utilize QuickBooks, must have more advanced software experience
- Experience working on an accounting team of at least 4+ people
- Excellent computer, 10-key, and keyboarding skills, including basic Excel knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Valid Driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report
- Applicant may be subject to a background check

- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
