Customer Service Rep/Counter Help Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
13.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 07:00am to05:30pm )
- Greet customers and provide assistance in a courteous and professional manner.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
- Scan items, ensure pricing is correct, and bag items efficiently.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and sales floor.
- Stock shelves and ensure product displays are neat and fully stocked.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, refunds, and security.
- Monitor and report inventory levels and customer feedback to supervisors.
Customer Service Rep/Counter Help Qualifications:
- Cashier and retail experience.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Lift items as needed ( 25-50 lbs).
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Answering phone calls.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
