Machinist I Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.50 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 10:30pm to07:00am )
- Perform machinist duties as assigned using standard procedures, tools, materials, machines, and equipment in a fast-paced work environment while meeting all established production expectations and deadlines.
- Operate machine while loading and tending runs of parts, perform routine set-ups to extremely close and complex tolerances or performing one-step operations on individual parts, including making simple machine adjustments and running one or more machines as directed or requested.
- Collaborate with company's leadership and team members during team meetings, system reviews, safety meetings, and other forms of problem-solving discussions to further define and improve department strategies designed to meet and exceed quality objectives. Participate meaningfully in Warn Automotive safety activities like R3, Safety Committees, Safety checklist/audits, team Safety projects, etc., as directed or requested
Machinist I Qualifications:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong technical, trouble-shooting, problem solving, research, organizational and analytical skills, combined with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet established deadlines.
