Customer Service Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.25 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
Quote customer orders – following price sheet to quoteFollow up on quotes to see if you can turn it into an orderSearch inventory to see which location has stock Enter customer orders in our system – and learn systems & system look up10 Key data entry a must – we deal in dimensions Ability to work in fast paced environment, quick response via email to clientsWe do not make them actively solicit sales but do require them to follow up on Quotes etc. •Ten key data entry test for numeric entry•Basic math test with measurement & dimensions•Friendly positive attitude•1 hour a day phone coverage•Attention to detail a must•Ability to work independently & follow customer specific guidelines
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- 3+ years customer service preferably in the Industrial sales arena.
- Minimum High School Graduate - Some college in a Business discipline preferred
- Computer Literacy
- Calm under pressure
- Data entry accuracy a must.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
