Maintenance (Facilities) Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Inspect and perform routine facility and equipment maintenance
- Oversee Mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other structures
- Manage work orders and coordinate site service vendors
- Respond to emergency call-ins (clear grounds of debris, snow or ice)
- General snow/ice removal
- Facilitate setup/take down for events
- Maintain Grounds (landscaping, parking lots etc.
- Assist w/shipping and packaging as needed
- Able to lift 50lbs
Maintenance (Facilities) Qualifications:
- Knowledge of facility safety standards
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years related experience
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Verbal and Written/communication skills, high attention to detail
- English required
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to read, comprehend and work from plans and operation instructions
Prefer Advanced knowledge of mechanical facilities repair and maintenance. Will frequently be pushing, pulling stooping and bending.
