Elwood Staffing is looking for day shift and swing shift Machine Operators to start ASAP!
Day: $18.60/HR
Hours: 5:00AM-3:00PM
Swing: $19.60/HR
Hours: 2:30PM-1:00AM

Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.60 to $ 19.60 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:00am to03:00pm )
- Follow all plant safety guidelines and protocols
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Operate a computer-controlled production system for multiple raw materials processed in the mix room
- Coordinate with material handlers and heavy equipment operators on material usage and replenishment
- Ensure shakers (mixers) are continuously filled to maintain steady flow to the production line
- Set up and load correct roll stock onto machines
- Perform necessary machine adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency
- Conduct regular quality checks, including weight and volume measurements
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Communicate adjustments needed for materials, including moisture levels or material changes
- Report equipment malfunctions or irregularities to maintenance
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
