Engineering Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
85,000.00 to $ 110,000.00 / annually First Shift
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of drafters and designers.
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of mechanical and structural projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry codes, and customer expectations.
- Interface directly with client engineers, internal teams, and third parties to ensure project clarity and resolve technical challenges.
- Ensure adherence to ASME codes and standards for pressure vessel and piping systems.
- Drive efficient project management practices including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
- Mentor and develop staff through technical guidance and performance feedback.
- Promote collaboration and communication within the engineering department and across organizational functions.
Engineering Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive engineering and management experience.
- Proven experience in project planning, execution, and leadership within a technical or engineering environment.
- Strong working knowledge of oil and gas processing equipment and systems.
- Proficient in structural and mechanical design methodologies and practices.
- Skilled in 3-D modeling and drafting using AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and interact with customers and stakeholders.
