Vice President of Operations Details:
Direct Hire position- $
90,000.00 to $ 125,000.00 / annually First Shift
- Supervise and coordinate activities of production departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and job specifications.
- Monitor production processes to meet quality standards and efficiency goals.
- Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any operational issues.
Vice President of Operations Qualifications:
- A college degree in management, business, or a related field is preferred; alternatively, a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience will be considered.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills..
- Proven track record of improving operational performance and implementing process improvements.
- Prior management of a fabrication shop or in a similar setting is strongly preferred.
- Experience and thorough understanding of structural and mig welding preferred.
- Understanding of fabrication and equipment assembly.
- Ability to manage production schedule.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn new programs.
