Sales Associate
Elwood Staffing is partnering with a local, family-owned jewelry store to find an energetic, driven team member. This position will give you a chance to showcase your organizational and sales skills while offering an opportunity to grow!

Sales Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
12.50 to $ 15.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Tuesday throughFriday from 09:00am to05:30pm )
- Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm
- Assist customers in selecting jewelry by providing knowledgeable recommendations and product demonstrations.
- Consult on repairs for jewelry.
- Develop authentic relationships with customers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and creating a memorable experience
- Operate the cash drawer and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Cultivate an in-depth knowledge of products and features.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform store set up and closing operations.
- Perform basic store maintenance, merchandising, and other required activities to keep store clean, safe and inviting
Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and communcation skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Able to stand for entire shift.
- Able to climb stairs comfortably.
