Warehouse Supervisor Details:
Direct Hire position- $
75,000.00 to $ 85,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
• The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all shipping and warehouse and is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely shipment of diesel engine parts, managing inventory, completing inventory transactions and cycle counts, maintaining all ERP system requirements, providing oversight for two warehouse employees and ensuring all company procedures are followed in a safe work environment.
• Supervises warehouse employees, ensuring the work is completed, all company policies are adhered to, and safety practices and procedures are followed.
• Complete and ensure order processing and shipping transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manages and completes data input into the ERP system, ensuring accurate data and information are input into the system.
• Manages inventory to assure accuracy and stock levels and oversees/completes cycle counts.
• Assists with any physical building requirements.
• Monitors compliance with ISO requirements in the warehouse.
• Directly supervises one to two employees in the warehouse.
Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and minimum three years of experience in warehouse supervision and has experience leading a team and exhibits leadership skills; able to lead on their own with minimal oversight.
• Exercises independent judgement and discretion; able to resolve problems in a timely manner with the quality required.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Proficient in data entry and an ERP system.
• Able to calculate figures and amounts with basic math skills. • Forklift Certification
