Accounts Payable Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 27.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:00pm )
- Knowledge of basic accounting
- Excellent computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, time management, independent and interdependent skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Be a self-motivated individual with initiative
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Team oriented and able to interact with multiple departments
- Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word
- Skill in following both verbal and written instructions
- Proficient Microsoft Office (incl. Excel, Word, PowerPoint,)
- Proficient in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus)
- Proficient in invoicing softwares (BASWARE is a plus)
- Bilingual (English & Spanish is a plus)
Accounts Payable Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years full cycle A/P experience in the oil and gas industry
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Degree in Accounting or related field is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
