Bilingual - Warehouse Lead
The Warehouse Lead oversees the day-to-day processing activities for the Warehouse Department. Ensures that assigned schedules or needs are met and that the crew adheres to start, stop, and break times. Serves as Safety champion for the team to ensure proper food & personal safety policies, processes & practices are always followed.

Bilingual - Warehouse Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:30am to03:30pm )
- Responsible party in supporting the food safety culture of the company.
- Support Warehouse/shipping Departments organization,
- Work with peer crew leads from other departments to ensure coordination of raw materials, components, and movement of finished goods.
- Ensure the completion & consolidation of assigned paperwork/labeling.
- Responsible for actively supporting the other members of the employee’s work team including assisting with cross-training, new-hire/buddy assignments & process support during breaks, meal periods & other staff coverage as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Bilingual - Warehouse Lead Qualifications:
- Positive attitude, work ethic & organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & communication with all levels of management/coworkers.
- Must be able to understand, follow & or give oral & written instructions in English/Spanish.
- Must be able to work 6 or more consecutive days.
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted.
- Able to work on foot for extended periods of time.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
