Powder Coater-2nd Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 04:00pm to02:30am )
- Prepare parts for coating by cleaning, degreasing, sanding, or blasting surfaces.
- Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray guns in accordance with specifications.
- Operate ovens to cure coated parts at the correct temperature and time. Inspect finished parts for quality, thickness, and uniformity.
- Maintain and clean spray guns, booths, and other equipment.
- Hang and unhang parts on the coating line or racks.
- Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE at all times.
- Keep accurate records of materials used and parts processed.
Powder Coater-2nd Shift Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in powder coating or industrial painting preferred.
- Knowledge of powder coating equipment, materials, and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and work in a standing position for extended periods.
- Familiarity with safety standards in industrial settings.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
