2nd Shift Setup/Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 to $ 18.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:30pm to02:00am )
- Set up production machines and equipment according to job specs
- Perform routine adjustments and tooling changes as needed
- Ensure proper operation of machines during shift
- Monitor product quality and conduct in-process inspections
- Document production data accurately
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Report issues to supervisors and assist with troubleshooting
2nd Shift Setup/Operator Qualifications:
- Prior setup/operator experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read work instructions and use measurement tools
- Solid mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
