Welder Lv. 1 Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 27.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:45am to04:30pm )
- Perform precise fitting and expert welding of various non-pressurized structural weldments
- Utilize Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW), MIG welding, plasma cutting, and torch cutting techniques
- Work with a range of materials to produce strong, high-quality welds and durable connections
- Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications with accuracy
- Ensure all work complies with established safety protocols and quality standards
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and project deadlines
Welder Lv. 1 Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or trade school certification preferred
- 1–2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Must be respirator certified or able to obtain certification before start
- Familiarity with safety protocols and ability to work in a team-oriented setting
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
