Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to06:00pm )
- Operate and set up Mespack form, fill, and seal machines for packaging food products Monitor and inspect packaging lines to ensure quality and accuracy
- Adjust machine settings for zippers, spouts, and pouch shapes as needed Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with food-grade standards
Operator Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of recent experience operating Mespack form, fill, and seal machines Proven ability to set up, adjust, and troubleshoot
- Mespack equipment Experience working with flexible packaging for both liquid and solid products
- Familiarity with packaging features such as spouts, resealable zippers, and shaped pouches Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record
- Willingness to work night shifts and overtime as needed
- Prior experience in a food-grade or manufacturing environment preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
