Warehouse Lead
Warehouse Mezzanine is responsible for overseeing the operations and team members working in the mezzanine area. This role involves leading order picking activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and coordinating with shipping to maintain workflow. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable working on their feet and at heights when using an order picker.

Warehouse Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.60 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Supervise and lead a team in the mezzanine area to ensure smooth and accurate order picking
- Pick customer orders from designated shelving and prepare them for transfer to the shipping department
- Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely handoff of completed orders
- Train and support mezzanine team members as needed
- Operate an order picker or other equipment when necessary (training can be provided)
Warehouse Lead Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse lead or supervisory role
- Current forklift certification required Comfortable working at heights and operating order pickers
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to lead by example
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
