Sales Customer Service Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their product and logistics needs are met efficiently.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to track inventory and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Identify new sales opportunities by understanding customer operations and recommending appropriate products or solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, invoices, and sales orders while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about warehouse operations, product specifications, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support and service.
Sales Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred or required – adjust as needed)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or industrial/warehouse environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Solid understanding of inventory management, supply chain logistics, and product flow in a warehouse setting
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for tracking leads, managing accounts, and preparing sales reports
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
